Holly Hills Halloween Decorating Contest Winner!

Congratulations to 4133 Toenges for being named the 

2012 Holly Hills Halloween Decorating Contest Winner!

While chatting with one of the masterminds behind the design, I discovered some interesting facts: 

*Both spiders were handmade by the homeowners using common, household items.  Can you guess what the eyes are made of?  Christmas ornaments! 

*They were not even aware there was a Decorating Contest.  

*When asked why they went all out on the decorations I was told it was simply to share joy and laughter with the neighborhood kids.  

My son is still talking about the spider that was rigged to fall down from the  porch ceiling ... right in front of his face!
