Closed! An Architectural Treat! 7 Little Lane

I had the pleasure of representing the buyer of #7 Little Lane, Ladue, MO, which closed today.  St. Louis architect Eugene Mackey had this home built for his family in 1948.  The home has been through an impressive rehab. This mid-century modern home is a delight and will be lovingly cared for by it's new owner.
