The shop features premium ice cream from The Creamery at Central Dairy in Jefferson City. Waffle, cake and wafer cones are available now, but the Fitzhenrys plan to offer edible candy bowls and homemade waffles in the next few months. Hometown Rio Syrups provide the juice for the snow cones. G & W Bavarian Sausage will supply the hot dogs and brats because the Fitzhenrys believe in buying local.
