Sweet Friends… Taking Care of Each Other

I have the sweetest friends.  We all came down with a nasty winter bug earlier this month.  When mama doesn't feel well … things kind-of fall apart.  

My healthy friend, Amy,  made a wonderful pot of turkey-rice soup for me.  It hit the spot!  Once I felt slightly human, I made my other sick friend, Aimee,  a pot of chicken, mushroom, rice soup (her entire family was ill).  We are all better now.

Aimee returned my "empty" tupperware bowl yesterday … I found these amazing desert bars inside.  

They are divine.   I'm blessed.
