I received a call from an acquaintance. Panic. They had listed with a well-known "household name" agent in town. Their home was on the market 6 weeks with only a handfull of showings.
I quickly took the listing and visited their darling home. With my short list of items to purchase in hand, and ideas for furniture rearrangement .. they set to work.
Within 10 days I relaunched their listing and repositioned them on the market. 12+ showings the first 2 days on the market with a contract in hand on day 2.
